After a series of delays, the Canadian carrier now says that its Galaxy S6 Edge Plus Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update will push on April 7th. It will apparently be followed by updates for the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge on April 14th.
Fellow Canadian carrier Bell originally confirmed the Galaxy S6 Marshmallow update for March but it looks like it’s facing delays as well.
The company’s recently told a Galaxy S6 user that it’s hoping to have the Android 6.0.1 update released in April. No date given.
Canadian carriers have been known to push updates out alongside one another so there’s a chance Bell is shooting for a release in and around April 14th as well.
